Our program combines excellent mediators with a thoughtful, proven structure to streamline the process while resolving the issues in your case in a short timeframe. All program mediators are experienced senior family law attorneys who bring valuable expertise and ease in a neutral fashion. Life design and personal development principles are also incorporated to help everyone thrive through this transition.

After over twenty years practicing law, Jennifer Rhodes designed the Elevated Divorce Mediation program to help couples receive high quality services while staying out of court.  She is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Harvard's Program on Mediation and Negotiation, and currently serves as a mediator and settlement officer.
