All program mediators are experienced senior family law attorneys who bring valuable expertise and ease in a neutral fashion. The goal is for spouses to achieve a fair result and embark on the next chapter.

After over twenty years practicing law, Jennifer Rhodes designed the Elevated Divorce Mediation program to help couples receive high quality services while staying out of court.  She is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Harvard's Program on Mediation and Negotiation, and currently serves as a mediator and settlement officer.
